What to Expect

When you bring your pet in for a dog or cat exam in our office, we’ll begin by weighing your pet, checking his or her temperature, and asking you some important questions about your pet’s health and lifestyle. This is also a good opportunity for you to bring up any questions or concerns you may have about your pet’s health.

From there, one of our veterinarians will go on to assess different aspects of your pet’s health, including his or her heart rate, breathing, coat health, teeth/gums, and more. If needed, we can administer any vaccinations that your pet is due for at the end of the appointment. If you have an older pet, we can also perform specialized geriatric screenings to protect your pet’s health and wellness as he or she ages.
